On another day we visit the historic spa town of Harrogate, famous for its handsome tree-lined boulevards. Finally we visit the market town of Skipton.

York
We travel to York, renowned for its medieval Roman architecture and quaint cobbled streets. Visit the iconic York Minster or the Jorvik Viking Centre (admission not included), where visitors journey through the reconstruction of Viking-Age streets, as they would have been 1000 years ago. Or simply take a relaxing walk along the river and enjoy the city’s vibrant cafe culture and street entertainers.
Harrogate
Spend a day in a historic spa town famous for its healing waters and a popular destination for the rich and famous of Yorkshire. Enjoy gardens, beautiful parks and handsome tree-lined boulevards. Stroll around the Montpellier Quarter and stop for refreshments at the renowned Bettys Tea Rooms. If shopping is your thing, Harrogate offers everything from independent boutiques to high street names and high end retailers.
Historic Skipton
A full day excursion exploring Skipton, known as the Gateway to the Dales. he town has an excellent selection of shops and attractions including a castle which is over 900 years old.
