Our popular Cork & Killarney tour has been enhanced for 2019 to provide a fantastic base at the Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel. The property is situated right next to the Mills which is known as the “largest Irish store in the world” and is only a ten minute drive from Cork. You can enjoy a fantastic day out to Killarney which has the accolade of being one of the top ten tourist spots in the world. Trips to Waterford and Limerick round off a cracking break to the Emerald Isle.

Holiday Itinerary

Day one – We embark on our journey to Ireland with the short ferry trip followed by an overnight in the east of Ireland to break up your journey.
Day two – We set off for Co. Cork and stop en route with time to explore Waterford, home of the famous crystal centre. Later you will check in at the Blaney Woollem Mills Hotel, our base for the next four nights.
Day three – A full day to the city of Cork, cheerfully known as ‘The Real Capital’, with its compact, culturally rich centre and surrounded by interesting waterways. Cork has a variety of attractions including the 300-year-old tower of St. Anne’s Church, the French Gothic spires of St. Finbarre’s Cathedral and unique shopping and dining options, including the English Market, with its stalls selling foods from all over the world.
Day four – A free day to explore Blarney, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Ireland. Your hotel is ideally located next to the famous Woollen Mills and only 500 metres from the historic castle which is home to the Blarney Stone. A fun day with everything on your doorstep awaits!
Day five – Travel to Killarney, renowned for its natural beauty and nestled in a mountain valley on the edge of a glorious lake. Once legendary for its charms and blend of romance, the town now blends quaint tradition with contemporary style.
Day six – En route to our overnight hotel, we stop off for some time in the Viking city of Limerick, bursting with fascinating historic sights, museums and shops.
Day seven – We begin our journey home after an adventure filled week in Ireland.
