Popular Weston-super-Mare is a traditional seaside resort with miles of clean sandy beach and a level promenade boasting superb views over the Bristol Channel. In recent years, there has been significant redevelopment of the seafront and promenade and it now features the new Grand Pier with indoor entertainment, food and drink. It’s also the ideal location to explore many other places of interest in Somerset.

Spend the day in the City of Bath and the beautiful countryside that surrounds it, which has been described as one of England’s most beautiful places to visit. Rich in Roman history and nourished by natural hot springs, Bath offers a unique experience with stunning architecture, great shopping and iconic attractions. Visit the world-famous Roman Baths and Pump Room, the Royal Crescent or the magnificent Bath Abbey.

Cheddar Gorge & Wells
Spectacular Cheddar Gorge has the highest inland cliffs in the country. The deep caves beneath the cliffs, where prehistoric man once lived,  are today used to refine Cheddar cheese. England’s smallest city, Wells, is crowned by its glorious cathedral and unique moated Bishop’s Palace. The Wells Museum offers further insight in to the geology of the local area.
