Leeds Castle and Royal Tunbridge Wells
A short hop, skip and jump and we arrive at the Georgian spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells where you can enjoy the local shops, cafes and bars available along the Pantiles. In the afternoon we take in the Loveliest Castle in the World the sensational Leeds Castle, having been home to royalty, lords and ladies for over 1000 years this masterpiece offers an array of attractions.
Bodiam Castle and Sissinghurst Castle Garden
Today we visit the 14th century moated Bodiam Castle, one of Britain’s most romantic and picturesque castles. We also call at the Sissinghurst Castle Garden, created by Vita Sackville-West and her husband Sir Harold Nicolson. The intimate grounds of this Elizabethan mansion offer romantic little compartments filled with colourful floral displays and unspoilt lakeside and woodland walks.
Penshurst Place, Gardens and Chartwell
In the morning we make our way to Penshurst Place and Gardens a 14th century manor house and once the property of Henry VIII. The stunning 11 acres of walled gardens offer beauty at every turn. Our second visit is to Chartwell, the former family home and garden of Sir Winston Churchill. Steeped in history and many of the rooms remaining much as they were when he lived here.

This 4-star 18th century former Oast house set in its own grounds offers a beautiful and relaxing setting for this tour. The hotel offers a restaurant, comfortable bar and fully-equipped health and leisure club with indoor heated pool and everything you need to help unwind. The hotel does not have a lift but does offer ground floor rooms. The hotel is conveniently located close to Tunbridge Wells, Hever Castle and the breathtaking Kent countryside.
